Dr. Valone has been treating patients for over thirty years. He was born on Lake Erie in NorthEast Pennsylvania, where he grew up working on the family vineyards alongside his five siblings. His grandfather and uncle were both family physicians. Their connections and commitment to the community lead Dr. Valone to choose medicine as well.

He feels it is an honor to serve the people of Fremont and surrounding areas, and tirelessly promotes good health. His transportation is his bicycle; going to facilities as far as Bellevue, Clyde, and GreenSprings, often riding more than a hundred miles a week. He has five children and has been married for thirty-five years to Jeanne, an R.N., who also works in the Fremont Medical Center office. His motto is, "If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life."
